Acceptance of Terms

One APIA Nevada PAC is a grassroots, nonprofit organization that advocates for policies that empower everyday Asian Pacific Islander Nevadans. Our mission is to coordinate APIA electoral work of local and national organizations in-state, engage in direct voter contact, and recruit and endorse candidates who engage and uplift the voices of the APIA community. The content, resources and services on this website are subject to the following Terms of Use (“TOU”). By using the Website, you agree to be bound by these terms, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy at: https://oanpac.org/privavcy-policy. One APIA Nevada PAC reserves the right to update the TOU at any time. The most current version of the TOU can be reviewed by clicking on the “Terms of Use” hypertext link located at the bottom of our Web pages.

One APIA Nevada PAC provides you with access to a variety of resources on this web site including content and data (collectively “Services”). No Unlawful or Prohibited Use

Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to Service Provider’s Designated Agent. ALL INQUIRIES NOT RELEVANT TO THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE.

If You believe Your work has been reproduced in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, You may provide a notice to Our copyright agent. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and request that the people who use the Website do the same. If You believe that Your work has been copied and is accessible through the Website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, You may notify Us by providing Our copyright agent with the following information in writing:

Miscellaneous.

This is the entire agreement between you and One APIA Nevada PAC for your use of this Website and the Services. It supersedes any prior agreements between you and One APIA Nevada PAC regarding your use of the Services. The TOU terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia without regard to or application of conflict of law provisions or your state or country of residence. All parts of this TOU apply to the maximum extent permitted by relevant law. If a court or arbitrator holds that we can’t enforce a part of this TOU as written, we may replace those terms with similar terms to the extent enforceable under the relevant law, but the rest of the TOU won’t change. This TOU is solely for your and our benefit; they aren’t for the benefit of any other person, except for the One APIA Nevada PAC’s successors and assigns.
